Come see the early history of Lincoln County in the museum's premiere exhibit, "A Century of History, 1871-1971." Inside, images from the past tell the story of the beginning of the county to the centennial anniversary of the county's founding. 

The exhibit is divided into three different eras in Lincoln County History. "The Early Years: 1871-1900" depicts what little physical evidence is left of the first thrity years of the county's history. "Early Twentieth Century: 1901-1939" depicts Lincoln County's growth during the years of the railroad. "The Ending of a Century: 1940-1971" shows the last thirty years before the centennial anniversary of the creation of Lincoln County.
