The Crow House located southeast of Star City. The Crow House is an example of a dog-trot style house. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 29, 1976.
One of the first gas stations in Star City was owned by A.E. "Doc" Nobles. This gas station sat where the Federal Building is now located in Star City at the corner of Jefferson and Wiley Streets.
One of the old steam locomotives that travelled on the Gould Southwestern Railroad that ran between Gould and Star City. The train tracks no longer exist except for a small section that has been overtaken by the woods,
