Description

The Parker House in Lincoln County. The Parker House was built and owned by Robert Preston Parker, who surveyed Star City, named many of its streets, and built several buildings around the county. He also surveyed for the placement of water and sewage lines for the city and roads leading from Star City to Gould and Monticello. This house was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 2, 2000.
